Start Date : ASAP
Type : Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting : 3 days a week onsite. Travel : Less than 25% trave shore-based / ship-based
Required :
Availability to work at the Client's site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience in designing and implementing large-scale network security infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) (5 years);
Experience in deploying, migrating, and automating network security infrastructure in large-scale environments (5 years);
Experience in designing and managing centralized multi-vendor firewalls (5 years);
Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and project management practices (5 years);
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred :
Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) (5 years);
Experience in the cruise and / or travel industry (1 years);
Master's degree;
CCNP or PCNSA certifications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Design and implement enterprise security strategies, architectures, and solutions to protect the company's network and meet compliance requirements;
Conduct penetration and vulnerability testing and reporting;
Create network design documentation based on requirements and best practices;
Build a secure, efficient, and scalable network infrastructure;
Build network configurations and installations, coordinate network changes, and communicate with impacted stakeholders;
Provide support to the production environment and ensure security policies and practices are implemented and enforced;
Act as the highest level of engineering escalation for production issues.
