Type : Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting : Hybrid
Required :
Availability to work at the Client's site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience in Information Technology and Information Security / Compliance, focusing on executing compliance frameworks and programs (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA) (5 years);
Information / Cybersecurity and Compliance experience meeting IT GCs (5 years);
Experience with technology project management, including building processes, controls, operating procedures, and guidelines (5 years);
Audit experience;
Evidence and Testing experience;
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT compliance, audit, or a related area.
Preferred :
Experience with OneTrust;
Experience with Risk Assessments or Risk frameworks;
CISM or CISSP certifications;
Training in Project Management, Product Management, or Agile approach;
Master's degree.
Responsibilities :
Ensure IT practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, PCI);
Facilitate compliance of applications and infrastructure;
Conduct assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks related to regulatory requirements;
Monitor ongoing compliance activities, track regulatory changes, and prepare reports;
Conduct internal assessments and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement;
Assess the compliance of vendors and third-party service providers;
Review and provide input to update IT policies, procedures, and standards to address compliance requirements.
