We seek an experienced Sales Manager with knowledge in flat roll low-carbon steel who exemplifies positive energy, amazing customer service, and quality sales skills. Are you highly motivated and results-driven as a rock-star metal service center sales manager?

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a sales team to achieve targets. (3-6 reps at any time).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

- 5 years of Knowledge of low-carbon flat roll steel.

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Effective account management abilities, ensuring long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,770.00 - $93,473.00 per year
