Job Description
The Customer Support Representative, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Center Operations/IT, is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to visitors, team members, and clients. This role requires a strong physical presence at the administrative entrance lobby, where the representative will manage incoming calls, coordinate mail handling, and provide assistance during the organization’s annual conference, as well as other courses and events throughout the year. Additionally, the Customer Support Representative will support team members with internal software systems and applications. The representative must consistently maintain a professional, positive, and courteous demeanor in all interactions, ensuring the highest standards of customer service for Viticus Group.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Reception & Customer Interaction – Answer and screen high-volume incoming calls, assist customers with purchases, upgrades, returns, and provide technical support to enhance their experience.
- Client Support & Website Assistance – Help customers with password resets and navigation issues on the registration website while delivering quality telephone support.
- Administrative Support – Perform data entry, internet searches, and assist with special projects, including registration functions as needed.
- Facilities & Supplies Management – Maintain and manage common area supplies, ensuring office equipment (e.g., printers) is stocked and operational.
- Technical & Quality Assurance Assistance – Support the engineering team with product testing, lead internal/external audits, and document findings to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as SQL Server MCSA or equivalent are preferred
- Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and smell continually.
- Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently
- Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch occasionally
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine
