JOB SUMMARY
The Human Health Program Coordinator aids in the development, organization, planning and promotion of the Bioskills laboratory offerings at the Viticus Group and assists with research and planning of sales initiatives to support Human Health growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude are essential. The Human Health Program Coordinator must be able to act with a sense of urgency, problem-solve while remaining calm and composed, remain flexible during times of business needs, act independently with the ability to partner with the department manager and director, and use good judgment and critical thinking skills when delegating and planning events in response to client needs. Able to maintain strong adherence to the Viticus Group policies and procedures and safety requirements. This position requires the ability to work a schedule in accordance with business needs.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
- Three to five (3–5) years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Prior experience in program coordination.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge of accreditation and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Availability to work 12 months per year.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Schedule Viticus Group events in alignment with business needs.
- Manage and ensure detailed, timely entry of information into event booking software.
- Assist the Human Health Program Manager and Senior Director of Human Health Programs with coordination of medical events as needed.
- Contact and coordinate with outside vendors for rental of equipment, following proper approval procedures.
- Monitor the event calendar regularly to proactively plan event needs.
- Work with others to ensure their event needs are met and special accommodations are addressed ahead of time.
- Correspond with clients via email and phone to maintain effective business relationships.
Sales Support & Business Development
- Assist with research, planning, and execution of sales initiatives to support department growth and revenue goals.
- Support identification and development of new sales opportunities through research of leads, industries, and client demographics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies for expanding outreach to new clients.
- Maintain organized records of potential and active leads, including tracking engagement and follow-up efforts.
- Provide administrative support for sales-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting action items.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to inform decision-making and assess trends in human health education and training programs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues; develop, recommend, and implement appropriate solutions.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety policies.
- Provide administrative support as assigned by the Human Health Program Manager.
Medical Knowledge & Professional Development
- Demonstrated medical knowledge and terminology is desired.
- Willingness to attend educational conferences and travel as required.
