The On-Call Transportation Shuttle Driver provides safe and reliable transportation services to participants, ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role involves operating Viticus Group vehicles, such as vans, SV's, or coaches, in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, including Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) regulations. Collaboration with internal teams, including CSAs, Food and Beverage, Education, and Human Health, is essential to ensure seamless service delivery.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely provide shuttle driving services for participants using Viticus Group vehicles (vans, SUVs, or coaches)
- Perform weekly transportation safety checks to ensure fleet vehicles are operating efficiently and safely
- Greet participants and passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation logistics
- Assist passengers as needed, including helping with luggage or mobility aids
