Job Description:
As a Solar Energy Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our company, introducing homeowners to the incredible benefits of solar energy. Through in-person outreach, you’ll engage potential customers, explain the value of solar, and schedule appointments for our expert team to close the deal.
Responsibilities:
- Walk door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, engaging homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Clearly communicate the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar consultants.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing VITL Power.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a bonus.
- Previous door-to-door sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, commission-based role.
