Duties
- Generate Leads as a part of an in-store team
- Properly Qualify leads to assure lead quality.
- Utilize a proven warm approach method.
- Work a flexible schedule
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system.
- Be an extension of the store associates and assist customers in finding what they are looking for.
- Participate in store associate product knowledge training
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation is a BIG PLUS. (Doors and Stores)
- Strong skills in in creative approach techniques.
- Loves People!
- Ability to follow scripted strategies to overcome objections.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong understanding
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
