- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current programs related to our solar sales.
- Utilize software tools to record costumer information and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Address customer inquiries within the margins of your knowledge.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in using apps for sales tracking and customer management is beneficial.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
