Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations.
- Present detailed proposals that outline system specifications, benefits, and financing options.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or solar sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to better serve diverse customer bases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- A background in energy sales or renewable energy markets is a plus.
