What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and provide custom solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals in-person.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets – This is a performance-driven role.
- Attend mandatory in-office training twice per week and virtual training weekly.
- Stay on top of industry trends and company updates.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (solar, door-to-door, home improvement, etc.) but not required.
- Must be able to generate your own business (this is not a lead-based position initially).

- Ability to attend mandatory in-office and virtual training.
