Job Description
As the Vice President of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our renewable natural gas plants. This executive position requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in plant operations, project design and execution, and technology integration, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to driving innovation in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for the design and integration of cutting-edge technology across our renewable natural gas plant network.
- Project Management: Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and efficient completion of plant design and construction projects, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance plant performance and sustainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and technology adoption.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plant operations comply with environmental regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize project learnings and data-driven insights to optimize plant performance and drive continuous improvement in design and operational processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
