What Will You Do?

Lead Sales Initiatives : Drive sales of advanced smart home systems for high-end residential projects, luxury hotels, offices, and more.
Build Relationships : Cultivate and maintain relationships with top architects, designers, GCs, and electricians in the industry.
Market Development : Play a key role in developing the smart home market and spearheading business growth initiatives.
Manage Sales Processes : Conduct meetings in our showroom and on-site, effectively managing the sales process independently and professionally.
Negotiate with Clients : Engage with private clients, developers, and large offices to negotiate and finalize contracts.

Requirements

Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales and building strong business relationships.

Smart Home Knowledge : A passion for interior design and understanding of smart home technology is highly advantageous.

Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with a solid business acumen.

Work Ethic : Willingness to thrive in a diverse and challenging environment.

Team Player : Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.

Legal Authorization : Must have the legal authority to work in the U.S.
