Vitrek LLC seeks a highly motivated Electrical Test & Measurement Equipment Technician to join our team in Lockport, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through troubleshooting and testing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting PCB assembly to component level using schematics, oscilloscopes, and other tools.
- 'Box build', testing, and calibration of Electrical Test & Measurement equipment.
- Repair, test, & calibrate customer units which have been returned for service.
- Production documentation, including repair database and inventory management.
- Customer communication regarding equipment performance and application assistance.
Requirements:
- A solid foundation in electrical and electronic theory.
- Reading schematics and troubleshooting systems and circuit assemblies.
- Standard manufacturing processes and software applications.
- Multi-meter, oscilloscope, and other electrical test equipment usage.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
