Vitrek LLC is searching for a skilled PCB Assembly and Troubleshooting Professional to join our team in Lockport, IL. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure the quality of our products.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing schematics, oscilloscopes, and other tools to troubleshoot PCB assembly to component level.
- 'Box build', testing, and calibration of Electrical Test & Measurement equipment.
- Repair, test, & calibrate customer units which have been returned for service.
- Production documentation, including repair database and inventory management.
- Customer communication regarding equipment performance and application assistance.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory.
- Reading schematics and effectively troubleshooting systems and circuit assemblies.
- Standard manufacturing processes and software applications.
- Multi-meter, oscilloscope, and other electrical test equipment usage.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
