Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and edit documents and reports in the eQMS system
- Create, review documents needed to support projects, such as new equipment and processes
- Create work order for upcoming productions from the ERP system
- Review protocols for preparation of release to QA
- Help complete supplier evaluations
- Help support with new labels and on-going labels in production
- Change control deviation oversight to help complete changes or deviations
- Complete equipment registration forms in the eQMS
- Create folders/subfolders for equipment
- Handle validation documentation to include review, edit. scanning and uploading to the eQMS and creating physical files
- Scanning, email, and filing of completed batch records
- Support environmental monitoring data into excel
- Perform building reception, greeting, and dispatching visitors and perform basic office support duties, such as arranging group meals, arranging visitors’ transportation, ordering office supplies, distribution of weekly “fika” deliver, unload/load dishwasher, kitchen cleanup, collecting and distribution of mail
- Participate in production packing as needed
- Participate in safety
- High school diploma
- One year experience working with controlled documents
- One year experience in regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Microsoft word and excel experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
