Responsibilities
Manufacturing Setup & Management:
- Lead the setup and optimization of our manufacturing facility in Ohio, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Oversee production processes, quality control, supply chain management, and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products to IGU manufacturers, window/door companies, and homeowners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify market opportunities and drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing manufacturing and sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment to meet business goals and KPIs.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and sales leadership, preferably within the building materials, glass, or window systems industry.
Proven track record of successfully setting up and scaling manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and building customer relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to relocate or travel frequently within Ohio as required.
