What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Clinician position at Vitruvian Behavioral Health, P.C.?
Vitruvian Behavioral Health is looking to hire empathetic and compassionate clinicians for a growing practice. Clinicians should have a desire to enhance their clinical skills in a supportive work environment. This is the perfect job for someone looking to have complete flexibility over their caseload and schedule.
Pre-licensed or candidate for licensure; (supervision is available). MA State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) are also encouraged to apply.
Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge/training of evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, MI, PE, CPT, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be comfortable with kids aged 14 .
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes according to company policy.
Provide individual therapy and/or couples counseling (if trained in couples counseling)
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
No caseload requirement, 10 billable sessions minimum per month. Choose the clients you want to work with!
Ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
W2 bi-weekly pay

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
