Job Summary
The PCT under supervision of the Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse/Staff LPN provides routine patient care in accordance with Bradley Medical Center established policy and procedures. Delivers care based on patients’ needs appropriate to age and developmental level for the pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D. preferred.
Experience: One-year experience as nursing assistant preferred. One-year patient care experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred or enrolled in accredited nursing program preferred. BLS required within 30 days of hire
