- Seeking Emergency Department / Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- EM experience is preferred but will consider a strong new grad or someone with urgent care experience.
- Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, PALS and BLS are required.
- Current IL state license is a plus. The Practice Advocate Sherman Medical Center - Elgin, Illinois
- 250-bed community hospital with a 45-bed Emergency Department.
- Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center.
- Diverse patient mix including 1 / 3 of the PEDS cases in the Illinois Advocate system.
- Annual volume of 65,000 with a 20% admit rate.
- Full sub-specialty backup with 24-hour social work, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and OB.
- An established Vituity site focused on throughput and quality.
