- Supports and represents Vituity Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program at assigned site.Keeps current with Accreditation Council for Graduate
- Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and assists in implementing policies / procedures within the Vituity GME Program to ensure compliance.
- Assists in ensuring Vituity GME Program compliance with accrediting bodies.
- Assists with implementing educational curriculum, rotation schedule, planning and assessment tools (short and long-term goals), and marketing plans for the Vituity GME Program.
- Assists with scheduling and supporting Vituity GME Program events including lectures, recruitment interviews, orientation, retreats, as well as various meetings and other program-related events.
- Collects data, evaluations, and related project materials to support and assist in preparation of Vituity GME Program reports, presentations, and communications.
- Assists in the preparation for ACGME Self Study, Site Visits and internal / special reviews.
- Communicates with residents / students / trainees of any licensing, certifications or re-appointments that are due to be renewed.
Communicates licensing and certificate updates to hospital HR office and Vituity Credentialing Department for moonlighting residents in a timely manner.
Provides courteous and friendly customer service.
