Tidewatch Emergency Department is a state-of-the-art freestanding emergency facility dedicated exclusively to 24-hour emergency care. Located in Bluffton, SC, this facility is an extension of Coastal Carolina Hospital's Emergency Department, providing seamless integration with hospital services when needed. The department is staffed by board-certified physicians and specially trained clinicians, ensuring expert care for all patients.
