The Opportunity

• Up to $150K sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

• Level II Trauma Center with an annual ED volume of 47,000 .
• Only Trauma Center in the county, with 15-25% acuity and an admit rate of 12-14%.
• Strongly collaborative team environment, with a focus on partnership.
• Opportunities to mentor medical students, PAs, scribes, paramedic students, or residents.
• Residency rotations from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Surgery programs.
• Full backup available.
