The Opportunity
- Maintain and monitor marketing KPI dashboards.
- Work with other departments, external agencies, and vendors to collect, store, and harmonize marketing data.
- Analyze and interpret data. Identify actionable insights by target audiences.
- Visualize to illustrate findings and opportunities for growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with channel leads including email, social media, digital ads, search, and sponsorships to effectively track and analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase performance.
- Monitor and communicate social chatter and trends.
- Monitor web engagement and lead capture. Work with sales and operation teams to track and resolve all inquiries.
- Assist with web activation. Ensure changes align with brand guidelines, campaign commitments, and intended user journey.
- Assist with email activation. Coordinate and QA list selection and user journeys. Set up and track actionable tests.
- Work with marketing peers to organize and maintain digital assets.
- Provide a variety of administrative support tasks, as assigned, to support effective marketing team operations including developing presentations and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to support marketing deliverables such as collateral and campaign assets.
- Perform related duties as required.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $29.19 - $36.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and / or experience.
