- Create content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships / networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually enhance campaign strategies.
- Contribute to marketing campaign measurement, reporting, and analysis.
- Support team members in various tasks related to digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and local MOOV Team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members and stakeholders to support the development of marketing materials such as collateral and campaign assets. Required Experience and Competencies
- Minimum 1 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business required.
- Experience with paid social media advertising required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g.
Hootsuite, Buffer, Mega Business Suite) preferred.
