The salary is $90K and could go up depending on experience
This position is all telephonic whereby you can work from home and live anywhere in the state of Texas
The position entails
A case manager is responsible for :
Organizing, facilitating, and evaluating care options for individuals' mental, physical, and emotional health.
Managing the care of individuals with medical, social, and educational needs.
Coordinating resources and services, monitoring progress, and advocating for clients.
Assisting clients in locating suitable facilities and evaluating treatment alternatives.
Gathering information, developing strategies, and showing concern for clients and their families.
