Healthcare Account Executive

We are URGENTLY seeking a Healthcare Sales and Account Manager in the Springfield, OH area.

Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to 50k, based on experience. PLUS UNCAPPED BONUS AND COMMISIONS

In this role, the Healthcare Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, build strong client partnerships, and ensure top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experienced with Sales and Account Management

Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and pursuing new client relationships.
• Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and drive revenue. Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and introduce our services effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Experience Needed:

• Experience in healthcare sales, account management, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
• A results-driven and customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
