We are seeking a Sr Workers Comp Claims Adjuster to work within a nationwide insurance corporation helping and supporting the injured worker, their employer, and the insurance company to protect everyone's interests.

  • MUST MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS CA WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADJUSTER

    • Duties :

  • Investigate and evaluate workers' compensation claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential fraud
  • Review medical records, interview claimants and witnesses, and gather evidence to support claim decisions
  • Analyze and interpret workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations and decisions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters
