Today, we are seeking 4 - Travel Construction or Engineering Superintendent for our sites in Ocala FL
We are seeking someone with at least 7 of Construction or Engineering Experience in being a Superintendent of a job site
Travel is a must in and around Florida
Ideal candidate will have the following experience
A construction superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project .
Their duties include :
Monitoring projects from planning to completion
Budgeting and scheduling
Ensuring quality standards
Ensuring safety and security of the construction site
Communicating and negotiating with external partners1
Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors2
Managing subcontractors, laborers, and other workers3
Completing projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards3
Hiring and supervising workers on the job site4
Handling tenant and resident concerns5
