Description
Immediate opening for Part Time front desk with availability to pick up hours if needed
Every other weekend 9:00a-4:00 pm starting in August along with Weekday hours.
Must be available during the weekdays if needed for coverage.
Oversees the community entry area for visitors, guests and residents. Extends a warm welcome and greeting.
Must be dependable and willing to work every weekend.
Must have reliable transportation and efficient in time management
Candidate reports to the Business office manager as well at the Executive Director
Will discuss schedule and pay at time of interview.
Requirements:
HSD/GED
Clean criminal background
Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred
Excellent Communicaiton skills with co-workers and supervisor
Possess excellent phone communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in time management skills and adherence to deadlines
Exceptional grammar and documentation skills
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage stress
Customer service experience and skills
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications
