Description:
- Creates and maintains staff schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis per state guidelines and under the supervision of all department heads
- Maintains And schedules for sick, vacation, and long-term leave requests
- Fills same day call outs on the schedule to stay in compliance with the state.
- Post the scheduled at required deadline
- Maintains overtime
- Communicates hiring needs with department heads as needed
- Computer skills including but not limited to Office, email and scheduling software
- Interpersonal, organizational skills and communication skills
- Ability to juggle shifts and the individual availability of all staff
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills, and not show favoritism towards staff
- Ability to work independently
- staffing and scheduling experience preferred
