**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Assistant Director to assist our director with our preschool program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, curriculum development, staff management, and ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
**Duties:**
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with Food program and ELC School Readiness and VPK
- Manage day-to-day operations, enrollment, and facility maintenance.
- Provide strong leadership to a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in education administration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community.
- Knowledge of educational standards and a passion for early childhood education.
