This role involves strategic planning, budget oversight, staff leadership, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care and services.

- Lead and mentor staff members to foster a positive work culture
- Maintain knowledge of regulations and compliance in the senior living industry
Requirements
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Have experience in senior living or healthcare management
- Excel in communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrate financial acumen and budget management skills
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Be Certified for Assisted Living in PA
- Be cleared by the Department of Health in NY
