The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials and special diets.
- Ensure accurate food orders before serving residents.
- Serve meals in courses whenever possible, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Verify residents' satisfaction with meal presentation and offer alternatives as needed.
- Communicate resident concerns to the kitchen staff.
