Description
Viva Memory Care in Hagerstown, MD is seeking certified Medication Technicians to complete their memory care team.
Preferably (3p-11p) or (11p-7a)
Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient care and monitoring in an assisted living community
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality care for patients (Hospice, PT, OT, etc.)

Requirements
Education / Experience / Certifications CMT ( Certified Medication Technician Not Medical Assistant) required minimum of one year experience working with elders or disabled individuals. Must demonstrate Leadership skills and capabilities Knowledge of Assisted living, Dementia or Skilled Nursing preferred
