Powder Coating Systems is an independent, locally-owned powder coating shop serving customers in Pierce, King, Snohomish and Thurston counties. We are responsible for sandblasting and coating our customers metal parts. We mostly serve customers in the construction and manufacturing fields with their parts needs.
We are currently looking for a driven, punctual and hard-working individual to become our Packing Lead on Swing Shift. This position is responsible for leading a team in inspecting and packing customer's jobs for delivery or pickup by the customer. There is room for growth where this position could lead to Shift Supervision or other management opportunities for the right person.
This is a full-time position. The shift for this position runs Monday through Friday from 1PM to 9 : 30PM.
This position pays $22-$25 hourly. After ninety days, employees are eligible for six paid holidays a year, Paid Time Off that accrues hourly from the first day of work and a Sales Based Production Bonus that accrues monthly and is paid quarterly. We currently do not offer medical, dental or vision benefits at this time.

- Applicants must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Applicants must have a current driver's license and have reliable transportation to commute to our shop in Tacoma.
- Applicants must have at least two year's of Supervisory or Management experience.
- Applicants must have a year of experience in a warehouse or shop environment.
- Applicants, upon hire, must be able to provide documentation to establish their ability to work in the United States.
