Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Technician at Viva Superheroes Behavior Services. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis interventions, communicating with clients and team members, and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. Daily tasks will involve providing behavioral support, assisting with skill acquisition, and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Communication and Behavioral Intervention expertise
- Knowledge of Psychology principles
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred but not required
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
