- Candidates should have a strong background in Customer Service
The client Operations Specialist works within the client Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence. They include but are not limited to : integration tasks, scheduling, PAS team support, Inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.
