Description :

  • The client Ultrasound segment, a fast-growing business, is the global leader in ultrasound medical devices and solutions. The portfolio spans the continuum of care to enable customers with ultrasound screening, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of diseases. Our customers are seeking to improve efficiency in radiology and beyond and increase user confidence to provide better clinical outcomes continues to grow. Consequently, the need for AI, digital solutions, and automation, connecting devices and software in one seamless ecosystem continues to proliferate.
  • The client focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. The client care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages the client AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier before undiagnosed issues become serious.
  • Candidates should have a strong background in Customer Service

The client Operations Specialist works within the client Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence. They include but are not limited to : integration tasks, scheduling, PAS team support, Inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities :

In this role you will

  • Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service.
  • Contribute to activities within the broader operations team.
  • Contribute to Operations teams activities to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
  • Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling / call center requirements and features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a healthcare delivery support role.
  • Desired Characteristics :

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Note :

    This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must be in Central time zones.
