Title: UX Designer - Hybrid
Description:
Sr. UX Designer
You would be responsible for leading and executing Figma-centered design within your digital product's journey(s). With your advanced knowledge of Figma you would own, make space for, and advocate for the user s needs. You ensure your work meets user and business needs, brand standards, and UX and UI best practices. You have a meticulous nature but can think on your feet if the need arises. You employ user research, usability testing, empathy, and communication skills to make the case for the user-centered design recommendations you make. You create and deliver information architecture, flows, prototypes, and UI specs that result in great digital products. Collaborate with us to deliver designs that are not only visually compelling but also functional, accessible, and ready for development.
Mastery of UX process and toolkit. Designs holistic experiences with big picture strategy. Uses frameworks and hypothesis-based approach. Tackles undefined, complex projects. Leads projects from beginning to end. Owns and influences key metrics. Drives alignment via design facilitation and presentation skills. Synthesizes multiple inputs and feedback from stakeholders into a cohesive approach.?Mentors junior designers and onboards others onto projects.
Must have:
Expert-level Figma skills
Advanced component system usage
Efficient Prototyping
Advanced vector work within Figma
Ability to Deep dive on their Figma files
Active collaboration and works well in team settings
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Good presentation skills
Engaging in working sessions and/or workshops
Ability to clarify expectations and deliver on mutually agreed deadlines. Being timely.
Approachable and enthusiastic
A great portfolio that demonstrates problem solving and collaboration
Nice To Have:
Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Experience working with a Design System
Experience in Transportation Sales or Logistics
Reaching out to SMEs and/or Dev Team when needing answers
Mandatory skills:
Figma, Prototyping, Vector work, Collaboration, Presentation
