Duties
- English & Spanish Speaking
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Conduct initial patient assessments to gather relevant medical history and information.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments by providing necessary tools and support.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises to enhance their recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the practice.
- Strong patient service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
- Understanding of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient assessments accurately.
- Ability to perform basic patient assessments under the guidance of the chiropractor.
