Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Strategist to lead our retail partnerships efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with retail partners, and ensuring excellent customer service.
You will manage daily Retail Partners Retailer sales, develop and build relationships with retail partners, create/manage growth plans, and work closely with regional and local partners to implement and integrate Vivacity Management sales and marketing initiatives in their stores.
- Audit and review orders to ensure compliance and address with the team/owner as needed.
- Timely completion of expected deliverables & sales reports to Territory Manager.
