Brand & Design Lead

Vivacity Tech is looking for a Brand and Design Lead to ensure our brand strategy is in alignment with Vivacity’s values and objectives. This person will be responsible for strategic thinking, design expertise, and guiding marketing collaborations in relation with design.

This position is in Greenville, SC. You must be located in the Greenville, SC area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

• Collaborate with the design team to create stunning and impactful designs
• Work closely cross departmentally with marketing, product, and revenue teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and need
• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery managing timeliness, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Communicate and update design concepts, strategy, and performance metrics to stakeholders including leadership
• Create and design taking creative risks to elevate our team’s presence at events, tradeshows, and conferences
• Research and analyze, market trends, company history, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape
• Prioritize and lead work and resources based on company needs, team budget, and deadlines

• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Education & Experience

• 4 years of experience in branding, design, or creative direction, with a strong portfolio preferred
• Strong proficiency in design software with a focus in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Canva
• Proven experience leading design teams and executing brand strategies

Additional Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Less than 10% travel
