Vivacity Tech is looking for a Parts Compatibility Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that all parts used in our devices are compatible and function as intended. This role will involve rigorous testing, development of maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and keeping our SKU database accurate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systematic, and has a deep understanding of parts and devices.
This is an on-site position in Greenville, SC.

Essential Functions
- Test the compatibility of device parts used for repair and sale inventory
- Maintain a record of tested parts, noting any issues or incompatibilities
- Recommend alternative parts when incompatibilities arise
- Develop and implement an ongoing maintenance system to regularly check and ensure parts compatibility across our inventory
- Update and refine the system based on changing parts or device requirements
- Diagnose and resolve any issues related to parts compatibility
- Work closely with adjacent teams to address and rectify compatibility issues
- Update and maintain our SKU database to ensure that all part information is accurate and up-to-date
- Flag any discrepancies or outdated information for review
- Develop and implement SOPs for all tasks related to parts compatibility
- Train other team members on these procedures, ensuring a uniform approach across the company
- Cross-trained in Production to assist as business dictates

Education & Experience
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
