The Vendor Partner Manager is responsible for managing Vivacity Tech’s relationships with Acer and other assigned vendor partners. This role will be tasked with growing, executing and tracking Volume Incentive Rebate and Marketing and Development funds, supporting vendor initiatives, and developing a strong business relationship that aligns with Vivacity Tech’s vision and goals. A successful Vendor Partner Manager drives successful programs, provides return on investment, is detail-oriented and works to strengthen our business partnerships by supporting Vivacity's objectives through partner initiatives.
This position is in Greenville, SC. You must be located in the Greenville, SC area. This position is NOT remote.

- Initial point of contact for Acer and other assigned vendors
- Strategizing, establishing, launching, maintaining and reporting for vendor programs and initiatives
- Track VIR and MDF programs to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment of programs
- Communicate on behalf of Vivacity Tech to assigned partners and relay important information to relevant team members in a timely manner
- Resolve issues between assigned vendors and Vivacity Tech to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships
- Enable strong relationships between Vivacity Tech’s sales team and assigned vendor sales teams/field reps
- Support customer issues, bringing in technical support as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns for all assigned vendor partners
- Assist vendors to work with customers including End-Users, Resellers, and Distributors to ensure maximum market penetration in all markets we serve
- Support others within the Vendor Partner Management team as needed
- Manage Sales In, Sales Out, Inventory and Pipeline reporting for assigned partners
- Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities in the marketplace
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
