Supervisor Duties
- Manages and supervises new employees in training, performance and other areas
- Oversees the maintenance of the warehouse
- Assists Operations Manager with daily duties
- Organizes, plans, coordinates and facilitates all aspects of inventory in the warehouse
- Ensures warehouse equipment is maintained and is in acceptable working condition
- Responsible for quality control and ensuring all items are accurately selected and packed
- Manually handles, repacks and re stacks pallets of finished products as needed
- Updates existing procedures and practices and consistently identifies areas of improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate team of direct reports in meeting goals
- Basic understanding of inventory management, record keeping and other routine documentation used in warehouse operations
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse procedures and regulations
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds in accordance with charging carts
- Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds in accordance with green ship boxes
Salary : $1,000 - $51,500
