Job Description :
- Co-lead the growth of the firm in the US and globally.
- Drive business growth and results.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting.
- Lead efforts to market the firm and promote its capabilities.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with current and prospective clients.
- Manage proposal development and ensure pitch responses are winning new clients.
- Build, lead, and mentor teams of consultants and creatives to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure high-quality client deliverables, offering actionable recommendations.
- Manage account plans and develop deeper connections within client organizations.
- Oversee project scope, direction, and contract structuring.
- Ensure account growth and project profitability.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and maintain open communication with leadership and partners.
- Attract new leaders, employees, and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities for the firm's growth.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve the firm's offerings leveraging broader capabilities of the firm.

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $300,000 per year, which is determined by a number of factors including prior experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition to our base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based bonuses to full-time employees.
