Description:
We are looking to hire a Transportation Supervisor for our Modesto operation. This supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers.
Responsibilities include performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition. This Driver Supervisor should have a commercial driver's license (or be willing to obtain one) and experience overseeing drivers.
Requirements:The following skills and experience are qualifications for this job:
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Transportation operational experience.
- Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired.
- Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- $26 - $36/hour depending on experience.
