I'm working with a growing Building Services company who are looking for a Building Envelope Consultant to work across Building Restoration, Building Sciences and Preventative Maintenance projects

Your Role:
- Specialize in the design, inspection and testing of all elements of the Building Envelope; Roofs, Walls, Foundations and component parts.
- Strong document layout, CAD, and spreadsheet skills that will enable you to efficiently create presentations that delight clients.
- An awareness that efficiently and effectively producing and presenting budgets, proposals, reports, presentations, bids, and other documents -on time.
What you'll Need:
- Mid to Senior Level with 8-10 Years of experience
- Architectural, engineering, consultant, or project management experience directly related to resolving building envelope problems
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
