Project Associate – Up to $100,000
MANHATTAN, NY / PERMANENT / IN OFFICE

Your role
Can assume the lead role in managing small projects and / or handle day to day account management, and assist in budget preparation
On larger scale projects, partners with the PM to prepare budget, specifications and project schedules
Responsible for pricing of furniture, preparation of proposals, and coordination of shop drawings, approvals, and change orders
Supports the PM in communication with clients, vendors, and design firms on various project activities
Handles punch list resolution; creates related status report, works with manufactures to resolve issues
What you need?
3-5 years of industry experience (design or furniture), dealer specific experience preferred but not required
Team Design software
CAP 20 / 20 software
Excellent MS office skills, Excel required
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, chaotic atmosphere where multi-tasking, time management.
