Controller

Job Title: Controller (Temp 1-2 months)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with auditors, furnishing necessary information.
• Successfully managed annual external audits, acting as a liaison between auditors and internal teams to ensure a seamless process.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and deliver audit documentation, including financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules, ensuring compliance with auditor requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage cash flow and monitor overall financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Epicor is preferred, and advanced Excel skills are required.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting procedures.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $50 - $70. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
